Front desk availability inconsistent!!! Bathtub ran continuously, creating discomfort during our stay!!! Thin pillows and walls meant little sleep, noise from neighbors bothersome!!! No towels or rags in the room upon arrival!!!

i recently stayed for 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and quiet the room was. it exceeded my expectations, especially compared to my last visit in madison, making it a relaxing getaway.

The place was a mess. My room wasn’t cleaned properly, half-assed job with old cups under the bed. Roaches everywhere, shower was gross, and the bed smelled terrible. Uncomfortable pillows too. I wasted almost $200 for two nights and left feeling disgusting. Definitely not worth it.

Not recommended for family with children
The staff was cute and tried their best to be helpful, even if one lady was a real pain. They had a maintenance guy who actually fixed things quickly, that Ricky dude was a lifesaver.
It wasn't inexpensive, but the level of comfort was just acceptable.
